Finished drawing up some pretty pictures (as my friends would say) But little do they know its more than just some pretty pictures... This dear readers is my future, my passion..

Having done some intense research and scouting on the internet about steel and concrete structural frames. Upon discovering some very interesting new ideas... I always say Google is your best friend!!

Design Project

Morning Followers

The first week of Varsity has passed and thus we have been thrown with, lets just say, a heap load of work.

A design brief was given to us. We have to design an Event Pavilion for any endurance sport.. One might think this sounds easy, but think closely. Having to facilitate all their needs that the race/sport must have in a limited space of 130m².

How about a curve ball??

The structure that we have to design needs to be a mobile and transportable. meaning that this structure can be used in different sites, different climates, obstacles and environments...

Well this has made me choose the wonderful and exciting IRONMAN. To have the opportunity to design something iconic for this event, is a big honor and might i add, a challenge.
